WARREN TAYLOR - Principal 

Warren Taylor, born and raised in Louisiana and Arkansas, earned his business degree at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.  He was the youngest ever certified to teach the Dale Carnegie Courses, and from that early start, launched a successful career in the business world, working for such recognized firms as Levi Strauss & Company and Wrangler.  Warren’s business knowledge and experience as Regional Manager of one of the Warren Buffett Companies led him into helping business owners prepare for retirement, exiting their companies.  Warren first focused on retail, including large auto dealerships, but evolved to manufacturing, distribution, IT, and Internet-related categories.  Warren, at that time became and remains today, a franchise owner of a national business brokerage firm, continuing to work with more complex transactions.  Warren Taylor is a well-respected business intermediary, businessman, civic club speaker, and community leader who knows the value of integrity with every business deal he champions.  Warren offers exit strategy planning, deferred exit transactional structures, industry consolidation initiatives, as well as the traditional conventional third-party sale.  Warren is a licensed representative of the BizHarmony network.

ROBERT A. DURHAM

Robert A. Durham, a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, worked as a practicing C.P.A. in the Auditing Department of Ernst & Ernst, a “Big 6” accounting firm in Houston, Texas.  He returned to Louisiana and became a full partner in a CPA firm, with a heavy emphasis on management services and taxation.  He performed in the capacity of CFO for 25 years in multi-dealership automobile groups and consortiums, which also encompassed leasing companies, finance companies, wholesale and retail parts entities, and insurance companies.  Because of his background as a CPA, Robert understands the complexities and uniqueness of each business he works with, especially important in today’s marketplace.  His experience is invaluable in understanding and reviewing business financials, overseeing and determining calculation of value, executing and developing Proformas, and performing analysis functions for the firm.  His expertise plays an important role when structuring transactions to produce optimum results to both the buyer and the seller.

CONNIE TAYLOR

As Vice President in charge of marketing and advertising for the firm, Connie Taylor creates all the print media materials and ads for the firm.  She assists Robert Durham, gathering the necessary information needed for business calculation of value packages and Proformas.  Her background includes Medical Office Practice Management Trainer for physicians in private practices, Community Resource Coordinator in the home healthcare industry, President of Prime Time Sports, a professional sports management firm, and Vice President of the Professional Division for the largest and most awarded executive recruiting firm in Texas.

Connie’s contribution to the team is that of creating custom marketing packages for distribution to buyers and private equity groups, designing print media pieces, developing marketing strategies that will best serve the client, and confidentially broadcasting business listings via the Internet.  She continues to stay abreast of the latest techno trends in advertising and marketing, utilizing the most current tools available.  Her in-house advertising and marketing department creates innovative packages and advertising pieces without having to out-source to private agencies; an invaluable resource in terms of time and turn-around.
