Paige Carver – Partner
Paige Carver comes to Bizharmony with 20 years of business ownership and sales experience. She attended Weber State University and later transferred to Kansas State University, where she studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She went on to successive business ventures including two financial services companies, two restaurants including fast food and full service fine dining, and an online internet sales company. Paige was born in Germany and has lived in three counties and seven states before settling in Utah, and has created a network of professional to help serve your business needs.

Tracy Tanner - Associate
Tracy received her duel Degree in Business Management and Business Administration from University of Phoenix in 2005. She has sat on the board of Chapman Convalescent, Inc. since 1998.
Tracy has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years. After working for several years at a Speech and Language Therapy Department, she helped plan and form Chapman Hospice. Following the organization of Chapman Hospice she was recruited to the partner company, and worked at Chapman Convalescent Hospital in management, assisting in the running of operations for both companies and taking care of accounts payables and payroll.
Originally from California, she moved to Utah with her husband and five children in 2003.
Steven G. Johnson - Corporate attorney
Steven G. Johnson is a 1977 graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School and a 1974 graduate from Brigham Young University. Currently practicing in Highland, Utah, he is a member of the Utah and California Bars. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association and as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.
Mr. Johnson has practiced in several different situations, including as a solo practitioner, a shareholder in a Salt Lake City law firm, and as general counsel of a food wholesaler marketing products throughout the United States and internationally. His experience and expertise has taken him to Ethiopia and Eritrea on the African Horn where he taught government workers and cooperative leaders how to organize and manage farmer cooperatives, and how to prepare appropriate documents to assist them in their businesses.
Mr. Johnson has an extensive record of service to the Utah State Bar, having served as Associate Editor of the Utah Bar Journal and as a member of the Bar’s Government Relations Committee. He has served as an officer (including as Section Chair) of the Bar’s Corporate Counsel Section and as a member of the Executive Committee (including as Section Chair) of the Dispute Resolution Section of the Bar.
He currently serves as Trustee of the MCLE Board, as a member of the Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct, and chairs the Bar’s Fee Dispute Resolution Committee.
Mr. Johnson and his wife Jacqueline are the parents of eleven children.
Steven L. Carver - CPA
Steve is a partner in the accounting firm of Carver Florek & James, CPA’s, LLC, located in Layton, UT. The firm is made up of four CPA’s and nine other staff accountants and office workers.
Steve and his firm provide accounting, auditing and tax services to over 2,000 businesses and individuals. He has served clients in many industries including construction, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, and service. The firm performs accounting and auditing services for industry, non-profit organizations, HUD recipients, US Department of Education, bonded contractors, and others.
Steve has over 32 years in public accounting practice. He has consulted numerous clients on business startup and form of organization as well as ongoing profitability and tax planning. Because his emphasis is tax planning and preparation, Steve understands the issues facing small business owners and their need to manage taxes and optimize income and benefits of the business entity.
