Otis Florence

Otis Florence is a highly-respected Business Intermediary and licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in mid-market acquisition and commercial properties.  Born and raised in Kentucky, Florence’s entrepreneurial spirit prompted his first business acquisition at the age of only nineteen.  Success in business ownership, but more particularly business acquisition over the next several decades, encouraged him to focus his attention on exit strategy planning and conventional third-party sales.  In 1998, he founded Business Brokers & Consultants, Inc. which put his own experience, expertise, and professional partners to work assisting other business owners. The Company has been successfully bringing middle-market buyers, sellers, and investors together ever since.  Today, it is one of the largest and only privately-held non-franchised business brokerages in Kentucky.

Otis is also actively involved in community and professional organizations including; IBBA, ABBA, Kentucky CCIM, the KREC.  He is a Board member of the FBILCA and EPOP, Inc.
