Although the structure of our company is focused on the day to day operations process, the ultimately goal is to service our investors and real estate team partners. We believe that we can best be accomplished by providing a disciplined, rigorous, and consistent approach to real estate evaluation, and to construction and development.

By combining highly experienced in house senior executive project management and construction skills with top performing outsourcing consultants, a disciplined unit can be created that is more productive than the sum of its individual parts.

The Team Includes:

President: He has over thirty years of direct experience with real estate financing, construction and development for both public and private companies. He has developed extensive contracts with national and local clients in the real estate design, store fixtures, construction, development, and financing real estate areas. He has developed new business marketing and equity advisory development opportunities for a commercial company specializing in design build, built-to-suit, fixture installation, and general construction for commercial, institutional, educational, industrial, and retail clients.  

Senior Vice President: She has extensive experience in sales and marketing on a national level in the retail store fixture industry. She is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives; creator of win-win relationships and she provides senior executive management for the day to day operations of the development and construction side of developer.

Vice President of Operations: He provides due diligence overview for the evaluation of potential new projects and also conducts the Due diligence investigation for all new projects. He develops relationships with Engineers, Architects, Appraisers, and Environmental Scientists as well as all of the Federal, State and Local agencies associated with project development. Upon receiving his state of Florida professional engineering license, he worked as the chief engineer and Director of Construction Manager and Planning with the Port of Everglades Department of Broward County.

Project Construction Manager: Has been in the heavy civil construction industry for 12 years working on both horizontal and vertical construction projects. He has a degree in Engineering Technology from West Virginia State University and is working on a second degree in Construction Management.   He has been certified by the Construction Training Qualification Program within the state of Florida in numerous construction manners and methods including earthwork, asphalt paving and quality control. His experience and certifications provides the company with a diverse professional that specializes in all aspects of the land development construction business.

Project Administrator: Oversees all projects in Florida and works directly with the Vice President of Operations in maintaining up to date progress reports on each project. Works with all aspects of the project, from due diligence, permitting, construction, and development with the assistance of outside consultants. Point person for all communications on each project. She has 12 years in the real estate business, from residential sales, to commercial development and property management.
