In 2005, there were 6.2 million motorcycles in the U.S. In that same year, 70,613 motorcycles were stolen (one every 7.5 minutes). This represents a loss of over $434 million to motorcycle owners and the insurance industry. Ultimately, that loss must be made up in insurance premiums, and subsequent premiums rise sharply for an owner who has had his or her motorcycle stolen. Beyond that, construction contractors experience a significant rate of theft of the hundreds of thousands of large vehicles they must leave at construction sites every night and weekend, not to mention cars, trucks, boats, ATV's and snowmobiles, among many other vehicles at risk of theft.

| The ideal Investor / Buyer for this project would be an individual or company that is already serving the "Recreational" market such as Motorcycles, Boats, ATVs, Snowmobiles, etc, as well as Construction Equipment with battery ignition. This add on would be a major contributor to the bottom line. |
| This company has developed the most effective anti-theft device on the market today for the full range of motor vehicles that have a battery. High performance and enthusiastic customer acceptance has been demonstrated. The opportunity now is to market this technology to the many under-served sectors where owners and insurance companies are suffering high losses every day -- motorcycles, construction equipment, cars, trucks, ATV's, boats, snowmobiles, and more. With attractive gross margins, there is a real potential for rapid growth and high profits. |

There are hundreds of chains, locks and alarms available to motorcycle owners, but only four companies in the United States that have an actual GPS system. One company shrunk down an alarm built for automotive vehicles to simply fit inside a motorcycle, the second and third companies only do GPS and can only be installed by a dealer (more money out of the vehicle owner’s pocket).
Lojack is a popular product that is only available in certain states and moreover, is a RECOVERY system. The Company's device is a SECURITY system, with an additional recovery system superior to Lo Jack's. With Lo Jack, the user must find his vehicle already MISSING - there is no pre-stolen alarm or notification system and the owner must contact the police to locate it (if it is not already in a chop shop or wrecked).
Phantom Tracking is only available in seven states and is an alarm system that notifies the owner, unlike Lojack, that his or her motorcycle is missing but they control what happens from there - a phone bank is available to the owner. The Company contends that it is much easier, time reducing, and a powerful marketing tool to give the owner total control - if the owner can give the police the exact location when he or she calls 911, things move faster and they are engaged from start to finish. This anti-theft device was built with that empowerment in mind.
Another competitor, Trimble Trim Trac (sold by Cycle Trak & Talon) is a bulky GPS tracker that allows the owner to locate his or her motorcycle, but cannot notify the owner that it has been tampered with in the first place - another recovery system, not a security system. |
|
This device is the ONLY product that is available in every state AND easily installed by the owner AND allows the owner to manipulate features AND can notify the owner via cellular phone AND provide the exact location of the missing vehicle via both text message and GPS tracking on-line AND “thinks” to turn the alarm on and off if the owner forgets(!). It empowers the owner to have total control of their vehicle and eliminates steps to provide the police (if necessary) the data points needed to retrieve the stolen vehicle quickly and with 100% efficiency. |

This state-of-the-art anti-theft and recovery system makes it virtually impossible for any vehicle with a battery to be stolen and offers features even household name brands such as Lo Jack cannot compete with.
The product is the smallest on the market today (3.61 inches long x 2.27 inches wide x 2.01 inches thick) and has redundant features, ensuring your vehicle cannot be stolen. Critical and competitive features include:
A. Works on ANY VEHICLE with a battery
B. Can be installed in 15 minutes with NO cutting of existing wires
C. No Key Fab required - the silent system will Arm and Disarm automatically
D.. Alerts are sent via text message to your cell phone and email address with your vehicles latitude and longitude. Additionally, owners can view a satellite image of their vehicle and change the functions of the system using the private GPS website.
E. Touch/Shock Sensor Alerts indicate someone has touched the vehicle
F. Geofence Alert indicates the vehicle has moved out of an area set by owner (100 to 99,999 feet)
G. Movement Alert indicates the vehicle has begun to move above 2 m.p.h.
H. Battery Alert indicates the vehicle battery has been tampered with or has been drained below a certain level (10.5 Volts)
I. If vehicle battery dies or is disconnected, the system will continue working using its own backup battery
J. Withstands heat, water, vibration, dust
K. Works with any phone service (Nextel / Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cingular / ATT, etc.)
L. Available anywhere in the United States- which is not true of competitors, including Lo Jack |
