Our team is highly involved in preparing sellers for a deferred or immediate exit.  The process includes the preparation of a detailed offering memorandum or growth pro-forma (depending on stage), discussing all operational and financial data along with a realistic 3 to 5 year growth plan, a due diligence binder, as well as a 4 page html based “blind-ad”, which was designed by collaborating with several of our investor / buyers.  Our approach is growth oriented and is a departure from the traditional investment banking model, proven to amplify closing statistics through the creation of an obvious win to both parties to the transaction.
