We are commercializing Mirror Energy, which comes from the conversion of matter directly into electricity and propulsion for spacecraft according to Einstein's equation, E = mc2.  The science and technology comes from discovering the missing links between the United States and foreign country’s multi-billion dollar high-energy physics and astrophysics programs in which thousand of scientists and engineers have been research and development for over seventy-five years.

Fossil Power plants can be upgraded to Mirror Power plants, which are three times more efficient and don't produce greenhouse gases. The additional power can be used to provide electricity or hydrogen for motor vehicles. Upgrading 100 fossil power plants could generate 20% of America’s electricity and reduce greenhouse gases by one billion metric tons per year. As a benchmark, the cost to replace 20% of America’s electricity with Wind Farms is $1.2 trillion.

Space becomes the Final Frontier. Spacecraft, like airplanes, will take off and land at airports. A spacecraft with five grams of mirror matter could take one thousand round trips to the Moon without refueling or one trip every week for twenty years. Millions of people will be traveling to colonies on the Moon in hours and Mars in days. Gene Roddenberry’s Star Trek dream of traveling to the stars will become a reality in this century rather than the 23rd century.

Using Mirror Energy and making better utilization the World’s natural resources can bring every country brought into 21st century. In fifty years, the Global Economy will grow to over $600 trillion or $80,000 per person; and Space Economy will grow to $25 trillion. However, the real benefits will come from taking billions of people out of poverty, providing them the opportunity to have a World-Class education, and empowering them to live out their dreams.

The funding phases are: 1) $25 million to provide matching funds for U.S. Department of Energy ARPA-E proposal and build the company; 2) $500 million to acquire a company for publishing billions of books to educate elementary school, high school, and college students along with the general public and repay the initial investors; and 3) $10 billion Initial Public Offering to upgrade Fossil Power plants to Mirror Power plants, and build aircraft and spacecraft.
